Center Head

Kokapet Full-Time 1 Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the flagship Safari Kid Kokapet campus, overseeing all academic and operational functions
  • Drive the all-around development of all children, enabling them to reach their full potential
  • Supervise and mentor preschool personnel including lead teachers, aides, and support staff
  • Assess students' academic and social development, maintaining necessary records and creating progress reports
  • Execute monthly, weekly, and daily learning outcome goals using the WISDOM curriculum
  • Serve as the primary parent contact point, actively communicating with team members and families
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, licensing requirements, and Safari Kid quality standards

Requirements

  • Certified in early years education (required)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership/center head role
  • Highly organized with strong planning and operational management capabilities
  • Creative and flexible approach to child development and curriculum delivery
  • Patient, with the ability to remain calm even in challenging situations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative leadership style
  • Experience with parent relationship management and admissions processes

Lead Teachers

Requirements

  • Preferably certified in early years education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a lead or head teacher in a pre-primary setting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in education administration or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
